Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate all Work Package Manager (WPM) activities for bid preparation and the initial project baseline transfer to the Project Manager.
  • •Support assessment of alternative solutions and identification of customer selection criteria and hot buttons.
  • •Contribute to defining the Make/Team/Buy strategy and coordinate involvement of KIP, including industrial and contractual strategy inputs.
  • •Supervise compliance status of all proposal elements to ensure proposal schedule is respected and identify the supply chain for the project.
  • •In support of Capture Leader and with Sales Manager/KAM if relevant, manage and plan Bid team activities for proposal preparation and writing, including templates, annexes/documentation, storyboards/mockups, coherence across volumes, schedule tracking, and Red Team feedback/rework.
