Director of Engineering – Machine Learning & AI Products

Lead the end-to-end development of AI-native, production-ready machine learning products for external clients, moving from proofs of concept to scalable, reliable customer-facing systems. Drive technical and product leadership across ML system build, model integration, performance, reliability, and operational readiness. Establish and scale an ML engineering organization (about 4 to 20+), manage and mentor senior leaders, and ensure excellence in production operations and launch support.
