Job Summary

Lead and optimize partnership operations for WPP's Data & Technology Solutions. Standardize processes, improve visibility, and drive cross-functional coordination across Commercial, Enablement, GTM, Product and regional teams to support scalable, globally consistent partnership execution. Collaborate with Legal, Product and regional stakeholders; develop training and documentation; track KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Process Coordination and Requirements Management: Support operational processes that help aggregate, organize and distribute partnership information across teams. Assist in maintaining documentation, requirements and workflows related to partnership management, product requests and agency needs.
•Tooling and Operational Support: Help manage operational repositories, tracking systems and dashboards that improve visibility into partnerships and operational activities across the organization. Support process improvements that drive consistency and efficiency globally.
•Training and Documentation Support: Partner with GTM, Enablement and Operations teams to develop and maintain training materials, documentation and operational resources that support effective partnership management.
•Cross-Functional Partnership Operations: Work closely with Commercial, Product, Legal, Enablement and regional stakeholders to support day-to-day operational management of partnership processes and requests.
•Reporting and Operational Insights: Support tracking and reporting of operational metrics and KPIs to help identify trends, risks and opportunities for process improvement across the partnerships organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 180,000 annually

•Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational workflows simultaneously.
