Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support and resolve issues for financial applications including BlackRock Aladdin, Bloomberg, Tradeweb, Beacon, DTCC, Morningstar, LSEG Workspace, Lipper, File Transfer systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • •Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to minimize downtime.
  • •Use scripting and automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerShell) to support troubleshooting and automation.
  • •Support cloud and data capabilities using AWS and Snowflake for monitoring and scalable analytics enablement.
  • •Manage application access and user permissions, collaborate with end-users, deliver training, and maintain documentation/knowledge base.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in financial services and asset management, with knowledge of trading-floor applications and end-to-end trading processes.
  • •Proven experience supporting a buy-side IBOR platform, ideally BlackRock Aladdin, alongside related tools like Bloomberg, Tradeweb, DTCC, Morningstar, and LSEG Workspace.
  • •Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to manage multiple threads of work under pressure.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of cloud and data technologies (AWS, Snowflake) and scripting/automation skills (SQL, Python, PowerShell).
  • •Relevant certifications (e.g., Bloomberg Essentials, BlackRock Aladdin Certification) are advantageous.
