Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Loula as an independent postpartum doula provider within the network.
  • •Provide postpartum doula care to insured families referred through Loula’s matching program.
  • •Deliver billable doula time with rates varying by payer and plan.
  • •Work alongside Loula’s operational team while retaining your own clients in a non-exclusive network.
  • •Participate in the screening and introductory meeting process if located in California and meeting minimum qualifications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation, OR birth/full-spectrum doula training (16 hours) plus attendance at 3 births.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
