B Shift Seasonal Lead Friday-Sunday

Lead daily warehouse operations on the B shift by coordinating work assignments, monitoring workflow to hit productivity, quality, and service goals, and serving as a floor leader when the supervisor is unavailable. Coach and develop associates through onboarding, cross-training, and real-time reinforcement of standard work. Drive safety and quality by championing OSHA compliance and 5S housekeeping, while supporting continuous improvement through Lean initiatives and KPI-focused execution.
