Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead QC across large-scale, mission-critical data center construction projects and set program-level quality engineering standards.
  • •Develop and govern Inspection Test Plans, checklists, inspection workflows, and quality documentation standards across construction and commissioning scopes.
  • •Ensure critical MEP systems are installed per design intent, specifications, submittals, code requirements, and performance expectations.
  • •Perform senior-level technical reviews of drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and field change execution plans from a quality and constructability perspective.
  • •Lead root-cause analysis for recurring defects and validate non-conformance reports, corrective actions, punch lists, inspection results, test reports, and turnover packages.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in construction QA/QC, quality engineering, field engineering, or commissioning support.
  • •Deep technical understanding of MEP systems in mission-critical or large-scale infrastructure environments.
  • •Experience developing or improving inspection test plans (ITPs), inspection plans, quality standards, checklists, NCR processes, punch management, and turnover documentation.
