Key Responsibilities

  • •Paramétrage et développement : Configurer le module CSM de ServiceNow et développer des solutions ITSM adaptées
  • •Analyse et optimisation : Participer à l’analyse et l’optimisation des processus client en support de consultants seniors
  • •Ateliers et conception : Participer à des ateliers et rédiger des spécifications techniques et des user stories, construire le backlog
  • •Gestion Agile : Contribuer aux sprint plannings et reviews, paramétrages techniques et tests, accompagner la mise en production
  • •Des déplacements ponctuels sur les sites clients seront nécessaires

Key Requirements

  • •Formation supérieure de type école d’ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire
  • •Expérience significative d’au moins 2 ans sur ServiceNow CSM ou 4 ans dans l’ITSM
  • •Bonnes compétences en JavaScript et/ou Angular.js
  • •Certifications CSA et CIS-ITSM requises; Certifications CSM ou HAM sont un plus
  • •ITIL v4 et connaissance des processus de gestion des services informatiques nécessaires
