Key Responsibilities

  • •Bridge GenAI research and real-world industrial applications to address the “last mile” problem of AI in agent solutions.
  • •Design and prototype AI agents based on client requirements, including workflow/integration prototyping and LoRA fine-tuned models for industry needs.
  • •Implement production-quality integrations that connect AI model APIs with agent frameworks (e.g., ADK, LangChain) and tools such as RAG, vector databases, memory, and caching.
  • •Optimize performance across latency, throughput, and cost by tuning prompt chains and deploying caching strategies for large-scale use.
  • •Create evaluation frameworks and guardrails (e.g., LLM-as-a-judge, human-in-the-loop) to improve safety, accuracy, and reduce hallucinations, and collaborate with product/research teams to feed field signals back to the roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •At least 2 years of related AI industry experience, preferably as a solution architect or pre-sales solution engineer.
  • •Deep understanding of LLM-based AI solutions on public cloud and agentic AI design paradigms (Re-Act, Plan and Execute, Multi-Agent, Skills).
  • •Hands-on AI infrastructure knowledge (GPU selections and inference acceleration frameworks such as vLLM and sglang).
  • •Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and verbal).
