Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day AR operations, including invoicing, collections, customer account maintenance, and accurate posting/coding.
  • •Maintain the AR ledger and perform reconciliations, ensuring documentation is complete and transactions are properly recorded.
  • •Lead the AR portion of month-end and year-end closing, including AR journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and account reconciliations.
  • •Prepare and review Monthly ECL provisions and support AR-related financial reporting and audit readiness.
  • •Generate and analyze AR aging reports, monitor overdue accounts, and recommend/refine collection strategies in collaboration with internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • •2 to 4 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related accounting role.
  • •SOCPA certification is a MUST.
  • •Strong knowledge of AR processes, revenue recognition, and internal controls.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., ZOHO Books).
