Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, perform remedial repairs, and execute scheduled preventative hardware and software maintenance for multimedia and AV systems and equipment.
  • •Install OEM firmware, software updates, and patches for control systems and AV switching routing.
  • •Troubleshoot televisions with issues receiving or displaying base-provided cable television service.
  • •Track and document work using NASIC trouble ticket tracking and monitor daily event logs for hardware failures.
  • •Assist with updates to architectural diagrams/documentation and provide inventory/accountability support for IPCIII conference rooms.

Key Requirements

  • •Maintain Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification per AFMAN 17-1303, DoD Directive 8140.01, and DoD 8570.01-M.
  • •Have an active TS/SCI.
  • •Provide customer-oriented support to diagnose, resolve, and maintain printers and multi-function devices (MFDs), plotters, 3D printers, and flatbed.
  • •Utilize NASIC trouble ticket tracking to document, track, and account for work performed.
