Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct, supervise, and coordinate administrative activities of the nursing department.
  • •Ensure staffing coverage, manage daily and vacation scheduling, and supervise duty roster preparation and amendments.
  • •Coordinate patient placement, transfers in/out, and ambulance movements to support optimal bed and equipment utilization.
  • •Oversee equipment maintenance, organize emergency medications/equipment/supplies, and conduct timely nursing rounds while ensuring preventive actions.
  • •Act as a managerial resource, support policy/procedure development, coordinate orientations for new staff, and ensure OSH, fire safety, infection control, and waste management compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in outpatient department, with at least 2 years’ experience as In-charge Nurse or equivalent grade in a relevant clinical area.
  • •Fluent spoken and written English.
  • •Demonstrates sound decision-making and leadership abilities.
  • •Spoken Arabic is advantageous (not essential).
