Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and manage program assets and ensure physical assets are properly maintained throughout the lifecycle.
  • •Prepare and update asset, stock, and license inventories; generate weekly and monthly reports for program management.
  • •Manage software license assignments for installations and resolve licensing anomalies with clients.
  • •Support IT operations by processing invoices, onboarding Service Desk accounts, and procuring IT hardware, software licenses, maintenance/support, and supplies per policy.
  • •Perform warehouse logistics: shipping, receiving, tracking orders; create and document configuration item assets (processing, tagging, recording) in the CMDB and support safe operation of required warehouse equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •H.S. Diploma or GED and a valid Driver’s License.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience with interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • •Knowledge of asset management and shipping/receiving and logistical IT support (scheduling, ordering parts/equipment, tracking orders).
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds overhead and safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, dollies) and a delivery/cargo van.
