Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate client needs into ERP strategy, business cases, and target operating models on D365 F&SCM, owning end-to-end workstreams (requirements to hypercare).
  • •Lead ERP envisioning workshops and fit-to-standard process design, including governance advisory for large transformation programs.
  • •Drive co-sell pursuits with Microsoft NL, build solution pipeline for SAP compete and Dynamics AX/GP/NAV migration accounts, and support Microsoft solution play execution.
  • •Own FY27 ERP Advisory bookings target and execute the 90-day launch plan for Avanade Netherlands’ ERP Advisory capability.
  • •Coach and grow Consultant and Analyst hires through FY27 and partner on joint pursuits with BizApps and SME&C.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years delivering ERP advisory/consulting with proven D365 F&SCM (or AX) delivery across at least one full lifecycle.
  • •Strong Finance and/or Supply Chain process domain depth (e.g., GL, AP/AR, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, logistics).
  • •Microsoft certification: D365 Finance and/or Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (e.g., MB-300/MB-310/MB-330) or willingness to certify within 6 months.
  • •Experience presenting to C-suite clients, facilitating workshops, and writing business cases in fluent English (Dutch preferred).
  • •Ability to lead workstreams end-to-end (requirements, config, UAT, hypercare) and advise on governance for large transformations.
