Job Summary

Lead planning, coordination and delivery of landscaping and public realm projects within Qiddiya's development portfolio. Drive design, procurement, and governance, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment across mega-scale projects in the resort core. Influence senior stakeholders, manage interface between projects, and uphold safety and sustainability standards in line with Qiddiya's vision.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead landscaping and public realm project management, overseeing design, procurement and delivery for packages within the resort core as described.
•Manage design scope and delivery to approved schedules, meeting IMS 2.0 dates.
•Ensure delivery meets required quality management outcomes and adheres to governance processes.
•Oversee commercial management of scope within budget, including tracking progress and governance.
•Coordinate weekly meetings with team, consultants and contractors, document actions and ensure cross-project interfaces run smoothly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field, preferred.
•15 - 20 years of experience as a Project Manager, leading complex projects from initiation to closure.
•Diverse experience working within Mega/large scale complex design and construction programs across private and/or government sectors.
•Expert commercial and contracts understanding.
•Previous KSA /Middle East experience preferred
