Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-discipline infrastructure operations team (12–16 direct reports) supporting network, compute, cloud, database, and storage.
  • •Define and execute the network security product roadmap aligned to enterprise standards and IT&O strategy.
  • •Drive infrastructure technology roadmap implementation and strategic partnerships across multiple technology stacks (network, compute, cloud, database, storage).
  • •Build and maintain the infrastructure technology stack and modern engineering practices for infrastructure security (including infrastructure-as-code and automated control testing).
  • •Own infrastructure security and compliance processes: ISO control ownership, incident/patch operational handoffs, vendor management, and executive/audit interfaces.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in information technology focused on infrastructure or operations support.
  • •10+ years’ experience in a management role with people and business unit leadership responsibilities.
  • •10+ years’ experience supporting enterprise technology environments (applications, infrastructure, cloud, databases, networks, and identity/access management).
  • •3+ years’ experience with Zero Trust principles and architecture (identity-driven access enforcement, micro-segmentation, policy-based controls).
