Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team responsible for credit risk identification, development, delivery of credit strategies, and monitoring credit performance for consumer credit portfolios.
  • •Develop forecasts/team objectives, govern team work alignment with bank strategic priorities, and mitigate operational and compliance risk inherent in credit strategy.
  • •Partner with executive management to implement, validate, and refine portfolio management strategies; respond to internal audits and regulatory/credit risk reviews.
  • •Drive advanced quantitative analysis, including complex analytical frameworks, sensitivity analysis, and credit strategy infrastructure development and implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
  • •8 years of experience in an analytical field leading advanced analytics and risk assessments for bank credit risk, or an advanced degree with 6 years of related experience.
  • •3 years of direct team lead or management experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience proposing credit risk model/data changes and presenting monitoring performance results to stakeholders and executive management.
