Lead the Annuity Data Platform (ADP) team to design, scale, and operationalize data capabilities for the Annuity Modernization Program. Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the Annuity Data Platform strategy and an outcome-based roadmap aligned to the Annuity Modernization Program and Data Strategy priorities.
•Lead the ADP team to deliver first-launch data capabilities, manage backlog, sequencing, milestones, and cross-team handoffs to ensure predictable delivery.
•Lead the design, development, and operation of scalable, secure data platform capabilities with DevSecOps, observability, and run support to ensure platform health and risk mitigation.
•Partner with data strategy and AI enablement leaders to shape data modeling, governance, and reusable platform patterns for analytics and AI use cases.
•Foster cross-functional collaboration across Annuity Technology, IDS, Data Architecture, and business stakeholders to manage dependencies and deliver measurable business outcomes.
