Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide people leadership to a team, driving the functional roadmap and accountability for career development.
  • •Oversee training and administer contracted service work, including scope definition, bidding/awarding, and contract administration.
  • •Manage data center administrative operations and maintenance, including CMMS oversight and forecasting facility operations budgets and capital projects.
  • •Serve as an onsite technical resource for electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems, planning and executing troubleshooting, repair, retrofit, and emergency operating procedures.
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA, ISO, Uptime Tier) and drive AI-enabled operational improvements and reliability enhancements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 123,000 - 215,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field, or commensurate experience of 8+ years.
  • •Theoretical and practical understanding of power equipment and mechanical cooling systems, including equipment design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing.
  • •Experience with critical asset life cycle management, event response, audit/compliance, governance, and core DCI business processes.
  • •Working knowledge of procedure-based facility operations and the ability to operate in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments.
  • •Preferred: 10+ years of data center industry experience with at least 5 years leading high-performing teams.
