Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide cost management services throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • •Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and feasibility studies.
  • •Assist with procurement strategies and tender documentation, including managing tender processes and analysing bids.
  • •Prepare Bills of Quantities and other contract documentation as required.
  • •Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reporting, including assessing variations/change control and preparing valuations and final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • •Membership of, or working towards membership of, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or an equivalent professional body.
  • •Experience administering and working with RIAI and GCCC contracts.
  • •Experience in measurement and quantification, including use of CostX software.
  • •Experience in the preparation of Bills of Quantities and cost planning.
