Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders and complete work efficiently and accurately per dealership and factory standards.
  • •Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform repairs as specified on repair orders.
  • •Communicate with the parts department to obtain, save/tag parts for warranty or customer requests.
  • •Inspect vehicles for additional safety/service needs and notify the service advisor of discrepancies or delays.
  • •Supervise assigned apprentice technicians, road-test when required, document work, and follow safety/hazardous waste and accident reporting requirements.
