Business Analyst (Banking App)

Support the delivery of banking-sector initiatives by gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and IT stakeholders to translate needs into clear technical specifications, run AS-IS/TO-BE gap and impact assessments, and help ensure regulatory alignment. Participate in UAT planning and defect management, contribute to change-management activities, and facilitate workshops to keep projects on track through implementation.
