Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall direction and management to branch operations and administrative functions.
  • •Lead branch personnel, including work allocation, training, promotion, and enforcing internal procedures and controls.
  • •Manage daily financial activities such as budget preparation/control, purchasing, business planning, and P&L ownership.
  • •Drive branch sales, productivity, and cost containment, and develop/manage branch operations based on P&L and budget.
