Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in preparing the annual Responsible Business Report and align disclosures to GRI, SASB, and ISSB/TCFD recommendations.
  • •Coordinate ESG data collection across HR, Environment, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Compliance; validate KPIs for accuracy and completeness.
  • •Manage submissions and monitor performance for sustainability rating platforms such as EcoVadis and CDP; develop action plans to improve scores.
  • •Perform group-level GHG emissions calculations (Scope 1, 2, and key Scope 3 categories) and maintain documentation and audit trails.
  • •Coordinate internal and external assurance processes for ESG disclosures, and support auditors with evidence, clarifications, and data reconciliations.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in Sustainability/ESG Reporting/GHG Accounting.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Management, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
  • •MBA/PGDM focused on Sustainability, Environmental Management, Risk Management, ESG, or Finance (highly preferred).
  • •Hands-on experience preparing Sustainability/ESG reports aligned to GRI (2021), SASB, and TCFD.
  • •Strong working knowledge of ESG rating/disclosure platforms and GHG accounting using GHG Protocol and ISO 14064.
