Provide exceptional customer service as a brand ambassador by answering product questions, making recommendations, and supporting loyalty program engagement. Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards, including retrieving merchandise from the stockroom. Accurately process POS transactions such as sales, returns, and exchanges. Help ensure product flow is received and replenished efficiently, and perform designated keyholder opening/closing duties as needed.
