Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
  • •Display a good sense of initiative, able to plan and prioritize, display strategic thinking, and champion change in an effective manner.
  • •Train and develop store associates; monitor and assist with training and development; conduct quarterly goal-setting for personal development.
  • •Provide coaching and feedback; utilize tools to foster a 360-degree coaching culture and accept feedback.
  • •Ensure visual merchandising and client experience; maintain excellent client service and collaborative team environment.
