•Train and develop store associates; monitor and assist with training and development; conduct quarterly goal-setting for personal development.
•Provide coaching and feedback; utilize tools to foster a 360-degree coaching culture and accept feedback.
•Ensure visual merchandising and client experience; maintain excellent client service and collaborative team environment.
