Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to internet and phone inquiries and manage transportation needs of internet/phone-generated vehicle purchasers.
  • •Handle all internet sales inquiries personally, sell/lease and deliver a minimum of 10 units per month, and coordinate internet promotions.
  • •Assist guests in selecting vehicles by asking questions, listening to needs, and working to close transactions through proper vehicle demonstration.
  • •Ensure dealership web address and phone number are prominently displayed across dealership materials and advertising; coordinate with the webmaster to update the website.
  • •Research auto-buying services, take photos of dealership inventory for the dealership site, maintain a customer database, and report to the Sales Manager on objectives and performance.
