Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery for Orchestrator, covering the intake pipeline, coordinator application, voice automation, and EHR write-back.
  • •Grow and lead the team through hiring while raising the technical bar, including candidate loops and onboarding.
  • •Stay hands-on technically via design docs, code reviews, and participating in production incidents.
  • •Set integration strategy by deciding where to invest in durable interfaces (HL7 v2, FHIR, X12) versus UI automation.
  • •Partner directly with customers to handle complex workflows and translate those conversations into generalized product abstractions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Direct experience building software that integrates with EHRs, including shipping and supporting an integration against at least one major EHR platform.
  • •Working fluency in healthcare interoperability, including HL7 v2 message structure, FHIR resources, and interface-engine operational realities.
  • •Strong full-stack engineering background building and operating production services and interfaces.
  • •At least 1 year managing engineers, on top of 5+ years as an IC engineer.
  • •Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of building products serving many customers rather than one-off requests.
