Job Summary

Support investment and transaction advisory assignments by developing and maintaining robust, auditable financial models across project finance, asset and portfolio cases. Apply economic, market, and demand analysis to build transparent assumptions, run scenario and sensitivity work, and perform investment appraisal using returns and lender metrics. Deliver due diligence, review business plans and data room materials, and produce clear, client-ready outputs for investors and lenders.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, review, and maintain auditable financial models across project finance, asset-level, and portfolio cases.
•Analyze revenue, demand, and utilisation drivers; capex and cost phasing; and operating cost structures to support decision-making.
•Perform investment appraisal and returns analysis (IRR, NPV, payback) and lender metrics such as DSCR where relevant.
•Conduct macro, sectoral, and market analysis and translate economic/demand insights into quantitative modelling assumptions.
•Support transaction and strategic advisory work including due diligence, reviewing projections and data room materials, and producing client-ready outputs on risks, sensitivities, and value drivers.

Key Requirements

•Relevant experience in infrastructure/investment advisory, project finance/financial advisory, or consulting/transaction environments.
•Strong expertise in financial modelling, including project finance/cash flow models, model review and validation, and challenging assumptions.
•Experience performing economic and market analysis that supports investment decisions.
•Advanced Excel capability with focus on model transparency, auditability, and flexibility.
•Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and deliver under tight timelines.
