Key Responsibilities

  • •Bring rolls and supplies from warehouse to support continuous bag machine operation using appropriate equipment.
  • •Prepare rolls for bag machine loading (core/shaft handling, hoist strap setup, load guidance, and recording roll weights).
  • •Inspect operator work area, gather and transport box supplies, rubber washers, chip-board, and wickets to bag operator.
  • •Perform general housekeeping and waste handling, including sweeping debris and weighing/recording waste barrels.
  • •Return completed order forms to the basket in front of the Converting Dept Office.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
  • •Good math skills including fractions and percentages.
  • •Must be able to read a ruler and measure.
  • •Good computer skills and ability to read, understand, and follow department work instructions and procedures.
