Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and modernise internal web applications with a focus on maintainability and automation
•Collaborate with software, data, QA, and analytics partners to translate requirements into usable applications
•Plan, implement, test, and deploy secure, scalable web applications and maintain CI/CD pipelines
•Apply AI-enabled approaches to improve developer productivity, code quality, testing, and user workflows
•Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals while following governance and security standards

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in full‑stack application development and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps)
•Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and C#, and frameworks such as ReactJS/Angular and .NET
•Experience building and consuming APIs, working with data‑intensive applications and cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
•Practical experience using AI‑assisted development tools or integrating AI‑enabled features (e.g., automation, intelligent search, summarisation, natural-language interfaces)
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
