Job Summary

Partner with sales to understand customer business and technical requirements across KSA and UAE, then design and propose solution architectures, statements of work, and technical proposals. Deliver product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts, and respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with clear technical and functional inputs. Create high- and low-level solution designs, architecture diagrams, and integration workflows, while collaborating with engineering, delivery, product, and support teams to support transitions to delivery.

•3–6 years of experience in presales, solution engineering, systems engineering, or technical consulting.
•Experience preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs.
•Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, cloud technologies, integrations, and software architectures.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills in a customer-facing environment.
