Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build production-grade AI agents for government institutions at the federal and state level.
  • •Partner closely with industry leadership to build the public sector team, including capture motion, market strategy, and product components to scale quickly.
  • •Work with institutions to understand urgent needs and identify novel opportunities to expand impact (e.g., outbound contacts or long-horizon agents).
  • •Guide the evolution of Sierra’s core platform through direct work with public sector customers and surface unmet needs.
  • •Prototype new tools and features and collaborate with research, product, and platform to shape AI agent development.
