Graduate Trainee - Finance

Join a national graduate training program designed to develop high-potential UAE nationals for future leadership roles. Over approximately 18 months, you’ll receive structured on-the-job training, departmental familiarization, and technical finance skills development, supported by a mentor and regular progress reviews. After successfully completing the program, you’ll move into your target role as a first-line supervisor.
