Build and scale HR operations across APAC as the HR Operations Manager on the People team. Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle with a focus on compliant onboarding, accurate multi-country payroll, and efficient HR systems. Manage monthly payroll for employees and EoR staff, improve workflows through vendor benchmarking and automation, and support HR expansion into new countries with compliant benefits administration. Resolve employee inquiries and coordinate work visas to enable team mobility.
