Job Summary

Partner with Addepar’s mature, complex clients in the Technical Success team to optimize their Addepar instances for scale, efficiency, and growth. Own diagnostic health assessments, identify technical debt and inefficiencies, and design scalable instance architectures. Create prioritized remediation and optimization plans that address data quality and performance, collaborate across the success triad, and share best practices and technical feedback to Product and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct diagnostic reviews and health assessments of clients’ Addepar instances, analyzing architecture, data flows, report libraries, and configurations to find technical debt and optimization opportunities.
•Design scalable instance architectures to enable advanced platform capabilities (including Addison, agentic workflows, and ADX) while removing unused or redundant elements.
•Create remediation and optimization plans to improve data quality, streamline report ecosystems, consolidate duplicate configurations, and enhance instance efficiency and performance.
•Collaborate as the “Designer” in the success triad with Strategists and Builders to align technical plans with business strategy and validate feasibility and priorities.
•Lead client workshops and synthesize learnings into best practices, providing market and technical feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 137,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in financial services, fintech, enterprise software, or technology consulting.
•2+ years of hands-on experience supporting or designing financial data platforms, portfolio management systems, or related investment technology.
•Demonstrated experience conducting technical assessments, audits, or optimization reviews of complex software implementations.
•Strong background in identifying and remediating technical debt, process inefficiencies, and data quality issues.
•Hands-on familiarity with SQL or scripting languages (Python preferred) to analyze data structures and query patterns.
