Key Responsibilities

  • •Obtain and maintain project knowledge on civil/building matters and QS requirements.
  • •Administer subcontractors and follow company procedures while coordinating with site and technical teams for progress details.
  • •Manage client site instructions, variation orders, and ensure scope changes are supported by signed-off variation orders and client/project manager approvals.
  • •Ensure timely submission of payment applications, including cash flow and budget preparation with at least monthly monitoring.
  • •Prepare backup documentation, monthly cost value reconciliations, cost-to-complete reports, profitability projections, and ensure tendering and packages comply with procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years relevant quantity surveying experience.
  • •Experience administering civil and building project costs from inception to final account, including contractual/commercial correspondence.
  • •Proficiency using CCS (Candy) for computer-based quantification and knowledge in quantity survey systems.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and optimal use of AutoCAD for quantity takeoff.
  • •Knowledge of Bills of Quantities, principles of measurement (International) 1979, NRM2, CESSMMIII, QSSM, QCS, FIDIC, and ERP knowledge preferably SAP.
