Key Responsibilities

  • •Commission and optimize BMS projects and modifications at customer locations.
  • •Produce service reports, site surveys, and commissioning documentation.
  • •Carry out planned preventative maintenance on BMS systems from time to time with support from service team engineers.
  • •Perform fault finding and complex system diagnostics on Honeywell BMS systems.
  • •Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience servicing and commissioning BMS systems.
  • •Knowledge of BMS platforms, ideally Tridium/Niagara, and protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, LON or similar.
  • •Experience integrating multiple systems to each other and to a common head end.
  • •Strong fault-finding skills with an understanding of HVAC controls.
  • •Electrically competent with the ability to modify existing control strategies.
