Technical Operations Specialist 80-100% (f/m/x)

Act as the technical interface between marketplace partners, Operations, Product Management, and Engineering to keep marketplace products—especially the real estate marketplace—running smoothly. Analyze and resolve partner technical requests, perform root-cause analysis across the data/import/publishing pipeline, triage complex issues for Engineering, and handle onboarding and configuration of new CRM/portal/agency integrations. Monitor logs and data quality, validate mappings, and document solutions with runbooks to support reliable operations.
