Key Responsibilities

  • •Support acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments throughout the transaction lifecycle, including deal evaluation through post-close integration.
  • •Conduct financial diligence by analyzing historical financial information, quality of earnings, working capital, debt-related considerations, and related transaction matters.
  • •Prepare analyses and presentations for finance leadership and transaction stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • •Maintain acquisition/divestiture/integration/investment reporting, including tracking transaction costs, management reporting, financial statement disclosures, and schedules for goodwill, intangible assets, and strategic investments.
  • •Support acquisition accounting and purchase price accounting, coordinating with valuation specialists and assisting with goodwill and intangible impairment analyses, reconciliations, documentation requests, and process implementation for carve-outs/integration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum three (3) years of accounting, finance, audit, financial reporting, transaction advisory, valuation, or related experience.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered (active-duty military exempt).
  • •Preferred: CPA, CFA, or a Master’s degree, plus public accounting and/or transaction support experience for acquisitions, diligence, divestitures, and strategic investments.
