Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience as the front-line ambassador. Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet individual/store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection, while maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador while following Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling; support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), plus ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
