Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture client requirements and author bespoke BIM strategies and workflows aligned with industry best practices.
  • •Manage rollout of BIM methodologies across programmes and projects to drive successful client, design team, and contractor adoption.
  • •Conduct structured model reviews, clash detection, and data analysis to mitigate risk and ensure delivery against requirements.
  • •Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder interfaces, communicating BIM strategies and acting as an ambassador for digital services.
  • •Create bid proposals and detailed reports, and contribute to internal documentation and quality processes.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a BIM Manager role, ideally with consultancy environments and experience across project lifecycles.
  • •Deep working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and industry information management standards (including the IMI Framework).
  • •Proficiency in 3D authoring tools such as Revit or ArchiCAD for model interrogation.
  • •Expertise with clash detection and model checking tools such as Solibri and Navisworks.
  • •Strong CDE experience using platforms such as ACC, Asite, or Viewpoint, including document control and information flow management.
