Lead and scale YETI’s global FP&A organization, providing data-driven insights and decision support across the enterprise. Own financial modeling and FP&A strategy, partner with business leaders on performance metrics, and support growth across new channels, products, and regions. Drive AOP, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks; manage budgeting and multi-year planning; oversee consolidated management reporting and capex/depreciation forecasting. Present results to executives and the Board.
