Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned Central America countries and ensure full ownership of payroll processes.
  • •Process end-to-end in-house payroll, including data collection, validation, calculations, approvals, payments, and statutory compliance.
  • •Manage statutory filings, tax obligations, and social security requirements across assigned countries.
  • •Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery aligned with KPIs and SLAs; handle payroll accounting, reconciliations, and support financial reporting.
  • •Identify process gaps, drive continuous improvements and automation initiatives, manage exceptions/escalations, and mentor other payroll specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in LATAM payroll with strong exposure to Central America.
