Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Quality Event Management by identifying and resolving quality excursions, determining root causes, and containing/dispositioning affected material.
  • •Develop and execute strategies for handling out-of-control (OOC) and out-of-specification (OOS) lots, including YE down dispositions.
  • •Own Statistical Factory Control (SFC) and drive continuous improvement of inline performance, yields, and process stability.
  • •Identify and lead chamber/tool matching opportunities to improve Cpk and %OOC rates.
  • •Implement operational improvements to maximize output of installed capacity (MOOI), reduce cycle time (CT), reduce WIP wait time, and support Smart Manufacturing & Automation; also train technicians and create tools/documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant Process Engineering experience.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Ability to work 12-hour compressed A or C shift work schedule and/or 1st shift Monday-Friday for training and onboarding prior to shift assignment.
  • •Ability to lead and troubleshoot process issues and quality events, using data to identify root causes and trends.
