Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, adjust, and operate welding and fabrication machines (e.g., welding, presses, shears, brakes, flanges/expanders) to meet production goals.
  • •Use Bills of Materials and work orders to gather parts, and coordinate production releases and material flow (load/unload coil steel, manage inventory, dispose of scrap).
  • •Perform paint booth operations including paint monitoring and application, titration tests, and verifying paint cure/dry-off oven conditions.
  • •Conduct routine machine maintenance and operate equipment per specified lists and safety/operating instructions.
  • •Perform quality checks and validate material specifications (including laser cutting per specifications and thickness validation), while following 5S and safety protocols.
