Key Responsibilities

  • •Synthesize multimodal analyses (microscopy, spatial proteomics, bulk/single-cell RNA-seq, and human cohort data) to uncover disease mechanisms and generate therapeutic hypotheses.
  • •Identify therapeutic targets from perturbation screen data and discover/validate biomarkers for monitoring disease status and progression.
  • •Partner with experimental biologists to design, troubleshoot, and optimize experiments that test mechanistic and therapeutic hypotheses.
  • •Calibrate and benchmark analysis tools and workflows, defining performance metrics to select fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • •Communicate results through reports, visualizations, presentations, and publications with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Ph.D. in computational biology, systems biology, bioengineering, computer science, machine learning, or a related discipline, with 3+ years of post-graduation experience.
