Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day operations of the Certification/Completions team and overall administration of relevant software systems.
  • •Ensure accurate administration of completions and commissioning certification systems, including quality of information for commissioning use.
  • •Oversee controlling, witnessing, recording, and assessing results of initial energisation and set-to-work tests affecting safety to coordinate with construction.
  • •Drive proactive, balanced safety (conventional and environmental) and monitor certification/completions progress to prevent slippage.
  • •Provide line management for team members (recruitment, performance management, pay reviews), approve test results/reports, manage budget hours, and ensure compliance to procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in certification and/or completions, including supervising and leading teams.
  • •Read and understand P&IDs, SLDs, and GAs, with strong understanding of LOSH and ability to teach others.
  • •Expert knowledge of certification and completions processes and associated software, including producing procedures and reports.
  • •Strong knowledge of projects and HSEQ safe working practices and their implementation.
  • •Ability to deliver milestones in a structured way and manage multiple day-to-day activities under pressure.
