Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the sales compensation process, including design, data collection, reporting, auditing, and submitting for payment.
  • •Develop statistical/financial models to trend and forecast performance at multiple levels using historical and forecasted data.
  • •Analyze performance trends, distributions, and anomalies to recommend quota-setting methods.
  • •Support sales agent quota setting aligned to operational plan and budget, and advise leaders on effective quota approaches.
  • •Lead monthly finance closing and narratives, partner on quarterly/annual OPEX forecasting, and develop models to evaluate project investments/ROI.
