Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up machines for operation, change material and color to meet production schedules.
  • •Startup and monitor quality at start-up; make machine adjustments to maintain efficient production and required sizes/standards.
  • •Review production schedules, ensure machines run to meet customer demands, and respond to alarms and machine/operator malfunctions.
  • •Inspect scrap to prevent usable product from being ground; record scrap numbers and complete line assignment sheets each shift.
  • •Maintain safe working environment and housekeeping standards, enter production information into Factbird, and ensure smooth shift-to-shift transitions.

Key Requirements
